We are a rapidly growing, high-end screen print and embroidery company seeking a strategic, hands-on Production Manager to lead our screen printing, embroidery, and heat applied product departments. You will own production from start to finish, driving schedules, maintaining equipment, and improving efficiency through data and process optimization. This role requires someone who can maintain high standards while keeping a team aligned and productive . You know how to identify bottlenecks, make smart decisions under pressure, and keep operations moving without sacrificing quality. While deep screen printing experience is valued, we prioritize candidates with strong operational leadership, project management, and mechanical aptitude . A willingness to learn and master our processes is essential. The hours are Monday through Friday 5:30am

• 3:30pm-ish with the occasional night shift or weekend work.

What You'll Do (Day-to-day) Manage daily production operations and ensure on-time order completion Schedule and prioritize multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet deadlines Track and analyze production data to improve efficiency Lead and manage a team of ~30 production employees Troubleshoot equipment and oversee machine maintenance Maintain strict quality control with strong attention to detail and color accuracy Create and enforce SOPs and production processes Ensure a safe, clean, and organized production floor Jump in and assist production when needed What You Bring To the
