Position Overview We are seeking a Blueprint & Production Manager to lead our repair process from blueprint to delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring repair accuracy, managing workflow, and guiding technicians and painters to deliver consistent, high-quality results. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing repairs the right way, values teamwork, and can keep production running smoothly without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities Create complete, accurate repair blueprints to ensure efficient production flow Manage daily shop production, ensuring vehicles move through each stage on time Guide and support technicians and painters, ensuring repairs meet quality standards Coordinate parts ordering and verify all materials are available before production begins Monitor cycle times and adjust workflow to maximize efficiency without cutting corners Communicate clearly with team members and front office regarding repair status Ensure all repairs follow proper OEM procedures and safety standards Troubleshoot repair challenges and provide direction to the team Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment What Makes This Role Different Customer-first, not insurance-driven — we prioritize safe, proper repairs Quality over quantity mindset — no cutting corners Leadership role with real impact on shop performance and team success Supportive, family-oriented environment Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in collision repair (body tech, estimator, or production role) Proven experience in blueprinting and production management Strong understanding of repair processes, parts, and estimating systems Leadership ability — experience guiding technicians and painters Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and insurable record Must pass a background check Must be at least 18 years old Compensation & Benefits $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually + bonus incentives 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Aflac supplemental insurance options Paid time off Long-term career growth opportunity
