The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Coordinator to support a fast-paced development team at Roku. This role blends administrative support with creative responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow within the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities :

Administrative & Operations Manage calendars for two senior executives, including internal cross-functional and creative team meetings, external partner meetings, pitches, generals, and business engagements Maintain and update project tracking databases for slate of titles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the broader creative team Track pitches and passes across the slate Build and maintain internal creative documents and project tracking materials Creative Provide creative guidance on slate of Roku Originals Alternative and Sports titles, supporting the lead executive through all stages of development, production, post-production - including but not limited to reviewing pitch and written creative documents, casting and format development, and providing and aggregating notes on cuts Create and collaborate on development and presentation decks for various projects

Qualifications :

1-2 years of experience in entertainment at a network, streamer or production company Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment Proficiency in AirTable, Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative working style and a proactive approach to problem-solving Genuine passion for unscripted and/or sports content About West Valley Staffing Group (WVSG) Join a company with over five decades of expertise as a leading staffing partner in Silicon Valley and nationwide.
