About Knorex Founded in 2009, Knorex (https://knorex.com) is a technology company that provides programmatic advertising products and solutions to marketers to connect in real time to their desired audience worldwide. Through its flagship universal marketing platform, Knorex XPO unifies the connectivity to each of the major marketing channels including social media, search, connected TVs/OTTs, video, audio, display/native, and email, in one place, while simplifying execution and optimization across these channels through AI automation. Knorex operates across the US and APAC. Position Description We are currently seeking an (Digital) Ad Operations Specialist to join our sales and product development team in further growing the XPO platform where your primary responsibility will be working closely with the sales team to serve our customers. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, multi-tasking individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are goal-oriented, driven and enjoy being the "go-to" person for training, product knowledge and getting things into order. You shall be the point of exchange for our customers, sales and operation teams. Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify requirements. Develop a critical understanding of clients' and partners' business and their objectives;
- Manage the overall expectation, needs and progress of the assigned clients' accounts;
- Assist in customers' understanding of the XPO platform;
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration for customer and sales support;
- Coordinate work plan closely with the client, operational and technical teams to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery;
- Coordinate with our sales team to review results and new strategy proposals with clients for the next campaigns, and to provide timely feedback;
- Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines; Desired Skills and Experience
- 1 year to 3 years of working experience in digital media and/or IT preferred;
- Good Command on Ex cel and Advance Excel
- Passionate about and have a good understanding/appreciation of the Web, technology, media and advertising field;
- Strong commitment to quality customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and prompt follow-through;
- Able to learn and operate software tools.
- Creative, and analytical in understanding customers' needs to deliver them satisfying solutions;
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks allocated;
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Good knowledge and interest in the latest industry trends, technology solutions and best practices;
- Good command of written and communication in English;
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field, preferably in media, mass communication or IT related.
