Production Manager

Lead the full end-to-end production process as our Production Manager in luxury cabinetry and millwork. You will oversee stages — from design and engineering through machining, production finishing, assembly, and distribution — delivering exceptional quality and on-time results. With 10+ years of experience in high-end cabinetry or architectural millwork, you will drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and inspire a skilled team in a fast-paced custom environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the manufacturing flow: design handoff, catching materials, CNC/edgebanding, finishing, assembly, and distribution. Develop production schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects meet quality and deadline targets. Lead and mentor the production team. Maintain safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement across all operations. Collaborate with design, sales, and installation teams for seamless project delivery. Requirements 15 years in luxury cabinetry/millwork with 5+ years in production leadership. Strong technical knowledge of design/engineering, machining, finishing, and custom workflows. Experience with manufacturing software, excel and proven ability to manage multiple custom projects. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
