About the Team Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end to end administrative delivery of Casino promotions to market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, VIP, and others, to ensure best in class offers. Play a key role within the Casino team in maintaining a promotional schedule that engages and excites customers. Develop bonus templates and build expertise in the promotional tools available within the Casino function. Contribute to the creation of a promotional playbook aligned with business goals and KPIs. Support analysis of promotional performance by leveraging existing reports and partnering with BI teams for deeper insights when required. Liaise with multiple departments to ensure all promotional content across on-site and in- app channels are accurate and up to date. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement multivariate and A/B testing across promotions where applicable. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop a career within iGaming. Experience in online or retail casino environments preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability; works efficiently and drives results individually and within a team. Ability to collaborate effectively across levels, functions, cultures, and geographies to achieve shared goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt across various communication settings. Demonstrates creativity and brings forward innovative ideas. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak periods of the sports calendar.
