Job Description
The Senior Producer is a key leader within the central production team, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-quality, innovative content that aligns with the brand's vision and resonates with the target audience. This role includes managing a team of Producers, fostering creative collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial concept through to final distribution. The Senior Producer will frequently sit on the project leadership team, guiding all content-related creative, planning, and execution needs. This includes working with the production management team and/or line producer on scheduling, budget oversight, and delivery. The Senior Producer will focus primarily on mid‑form content, and will also provide support for long‑form, live, flanking, promotional, and third‑party content. In addition, the Senior Producer will support social media and short‑form production as needed and as defined by the Director of Production. This role encompasses managing all aspects of production—from concept development to final delivery—ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.
