This is a field operations and project coordination role at a premium residential and commercial painting company. If you have a background in construction, home services, or trades and you are looking for a production coordinator or project manager job where quality and accountability actually matter, this is worth a look. As Production Manager at LIME Painting, you own every job from contract signing through final walkthrough. You coordinate and manage subcontractors, oversee job scheduling, conduct regular site visits, audit quality at every stage of production, and make sure every client has a 5- star experience. You are the connection between what gets sold and what gets delivered. What the role looks like day to day: assigning subcontractors to jobs, managing the production calendar, conducting site visits and quality audits, communicating proactively with homeowners throughout production, coordinating paint and materials ordering, handling quality items and change orders in writing, and closing out every job with a completed final walkthrough checklist.
Who succeeds here:
people who are proactive, organized, and calm under pressure. You have at least one year of experience in construction, home services, or a trades-related field. You have coordinated subcontractors or managed job schedules before. You find problems before clients do. You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Lead certification and OSHA experience are a plus, especially for commercial work. LIME Painting specializes in high-end residential and commercial painting and restoration. Our production standard is above the industry average and this role is responsible for maintaining it on every job.
