This role in-person in our Fort Collins office. This is a hands-on production role responsible for managing projects from pre-production through final delivery. Success in this role is measured by producing high-quality, commercially effective content that supports client objectives, strengthens brands, and drives measurable business outcomes. The Video Producer serves as both cinematographer and editor, balancing creative execution with operational discipline, organization, and accountability. Core Responsibilities Production & Capture Produce and capture high-quality commercial video for client campaigns, websites, products, events, and digital marketing initiatives Execute professional lighting, framing, composition, and audio capture appropriate for commercial use Lead production activities on set, including directing talent, managing production flow, and making efficient decisions under real-world constraints Prepare equipment, production plans, and supporting materials prior to shoots Identify opportunities to elevate visual quality while remaining aligned with approved creative direction, brand standards, budgets, and business objectives Editing & Post-Production Edit all footage you shoot and deliver finished assets on deadline Produce short-form and long-form content optimized for social media, advertising, websites, email marketing, and digital campaigns Incorporate motion graphics, animation, sound design, color correction, and finishing elements as required Build narratives that engage audiences while maintaining brand consistency and campaign objectives Export and deliver assets according to agency specifications and platform requirements Project Ownership Manage assigned projects from planning through final delivery Maintain production timelines and communicate project status proactively Evaluate existing or partially completed projects and determine whether assets can be completed, revised, or require reshoot Execute leadership direction regarding project prioritization and production strategy Balance creative quality with efficiency, deadlines, and budget realities Workflow & Organization Maintain organized project files, footage, backups, and exports according to agency standards Follow established naming conventions, storage systems, and workflow requirements Ensure media is properly archived and accessible for future use Protect client assets and confidential information Collaboration Collaborate closely with photographers, designers and leadership Execute creative direction accurately and efficiently Receive feedback professionally and apply revisions promptly Contribute production expertise and creative recommendations when appropriate Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in commercial, agency, or brand-focused video production Strong portfolio demonstrating both cinematography and editing capabilities Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software Strong understanding of lighting, camera systems, audio capture, and post-production workflows Experience producing content for brands, agencies, or commercial clients Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and file management skills Ability to work on-site in Fort Collins and travel occasionally as required Work Environment & Performance Standards This role operates within a high-performance, deadline-driven agency environment. Client satisfaction and business outcomes are the highest priority. Production decisions must support strategic objectives while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

It is about creating content that performs, supports strategy, strengthens brands, and delivers results for clients. Performance will be formally reviewed at 90 days and evaluated based on output quality, deadline adherence, organization, communication, collaboration, initiative, and overall alignment with agency standards and expectations. In addition to performance evaluation, The Creative Agency may discuss expanded responsibilities, growth opportunities, compensation adjustments, and participation in performance-based revenue sharing programs for employees who demonstrate meaningful contribution to agency growth, client retention, operational efficiency, and profitability.

$50,000.00 - $58,545.76 per year
