PRODUCTION MANAGER
LAB EFFECTS & CBD GLOBAL
Manufacturing Operations, Production Procedures & Facility Mgmt cGMP | HACCP | ISO Certified Laboratory — Golden, Colorado
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Lab Effects and CBD Global operate as sister companies under shared management and a single production facility in Golden, Colorado. Together they form one of the most diverse plant-based ingredient manufacturing operations in the region — producing terpene extracts, hemp cannabinoids, hemp oils, isolates, essential oils, rare medicinal plant-based raw materials, aroma chemicals, and flavor formulations for manufacturers across the cannabis, hemp, nutraceutical, wellness, alternative medicine, and consumer packaged goods industries, with distribution into more than 40 countries worldwide. A dedicated division, Lab Effects HOPS, extends that same certified manufacturing expertise into hops-derived terpenes and extracts, serving the craft beverage and brewing industries. With a continuously expanding product portfolio spanning multiple industries, this is a genuinely dynamic production environment — one where no two days look exactly the same and the depth of exposure to rare, specialized ingredients is difficult to find anywhere else. For the right candidate, this operation represents an extraordinary addition to a professional resume and a long-term platform for growth. All companies share a single cGMP-, HACCP-, and ISO-certified facility, a unified team, and the same high standards of quality, sanitation, and operational discipline.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Lab Effects and CBD Global are growing companies with a genuine investment in the people who keep operations running. This role offers more than a paycheck — it offers a stable, professional environment where your skills, discipline, and standards are recognized and valued.
  • Work for an established, cGMP-, HACCP-, and ISO-certified laboratory with a proven track record, loyal global customer base, and a clear growth trajectory across two expanding divisions
  • A thoughtfully designed, professional workspace with high-quality labs and production areas reflecting the company's commitment to excellence — located in the foothills of Golden, Colorado
  • Honest, direct management that practices radical candor and supports each team member's professional development and long-term growth
  • A rare opportunity to work across two distinct but cross-transferable ingredient industries — cannabis and hemp terpenes alongside hops extracts — broadening your expertise in a genuinely unique production environment
  • Supportive, performance-driven culture with a family-focused approach, additional PTO beyond standard holidays, and genuine respect for work-life balance
  • Full health and dental coverage available for full-time employees, plus paid time off and employee discounts
