Producer (Political Advertising) Washington, DC | In-Office + Travel | Full-Time Contract with Potential for Long-Term Hire We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our team for the 2026 political cycle. Interest in politics is a must! Ideal candidate has some experience either on the hill or in political TV advertising in general. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives in production, enjoys travel, and can confidently manage both creative execution and client relationships. This position begins June 15, 2026 and runs through November 30, 2026 , with the opportunity to transition into a long-term staff role after the election cycle. Compensation & Benefits $7,500/month Health, dental, and vision coverage Opportunity for long-term employment after the political cycle Location Based in our downtown Washington, DC studio In-office when not traveling or on set Role Overview The Producer will oversee commercial and political advertising productions from pre-production through delivery. This role requires extensive travel during weekdays and weekends throughout the campaign season, so flexibility and enthusiasm for travel are essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, client-facing, and experienced in managing productions in fast-moving environments. Responsibilities Produce political and commercial advertising shoots from concept through final delivery Manage schedules, crews, vendors, logistics, and production timelines Coordinate travel and field production operations across multiple markets Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and campaign teams Lead client meetings and maintain strong professional communication Collaborate with directors, editors, and creative teams to execute projects efficiently Ensure productions stay on budget and on schedule Handle rapid-turnaround projects in high-pressure environments Qualifications Professional experience producing commercial, branded, documentary, or political content Strong communication and client management skills Ability to lead meetings and maintain professionalism under pressure Willingness and availability for extensive travel, including weekends Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience in political advertising is a major plus Interest in politics, campaigns, or brand advertising preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Ideal Candidate You're someone who: Loves production and thrives in organized chaos Can confidently manage both clients and crews Is excited by travel and fast-moving schedules Understands how to keep productions moving efficiently under tight deadlines Brings positive energy, professionalism, and strong leadership to every project To apply, please submit your resume along with any relevant portfolio, campaign, commercial, or production work. www.
