Role Overview We deliver bold creative ideas and fast, high-impact campaigns. As a one-stop shop, we help clients shape, simplify, and visualize complex messages for large audiences, bringing clarity and momentum to initiatives that matter most. Our work is hands-on and immersive, requiring sharp storytelling instincts and meticulous execution across multiple formats. We build strong, trusted client relationships, organizing around their needs to drive success. As a Line Producer, you'll work with stakeholders at every level, adapting your style to the audience. In a global agency environment, you'll help navigate cross-cultural teams, time zones, and multinational campaigns, ensuring each project lands with both global consistency and local relevance. Duties & Responsibilities You will have strong experience in events and communications with a proven track record managing end-to-end corporate events and strategic communications campaigns. You will have experience with client and budget management, and demonstrate project delivery that balances time, cost, and quality. You will have worked in extended teams with full-time and freelance/part-time members. Enthusiasm, energy, and strong people skills are essential, as Line Producers sit at the center of all project activity, both internally and with clients. As a Line Producer you will support Producers on specific projects and communications programs, as well as manage smaller projects directly. Knowledge & Experience Experience in end-to-end production for live, hybrid, and virtual events and communications programs Experience working on-site and with documentation such as production schedules Comfortable in all areas of event production from concept to planning, delivery, and post-event wrap up Knowledge of project management fundamentals Knowledge of quality control across multiple deliverables and channels Ability to work across multiple projects at different stages Proven budget management experience with the ability to build and track budgets accurately Experience in client management, including presenting, guiding decisions, and maintaining consistent, clear communication to keep stakeholders confident Experience translating complex information into clear audience narratives Experience working with and briefing internal studio teams Skills & Attributes Passion and energy for all things events Strong people skills Ability to keep calm under pressure An entrepreneurial mindset A natural eye for detail and organization Education & Training Degree or similar in Event Management or Communications preferred but not essential.
Working Conditions Work Environment:
