seeks General Producer Coordinator to Coordinate day-to-day production support for the companys YouTube content by maintaining run-of-show documents, call sheets, guest calendars, and studio schedules; handle routine pre-production logistics, including confirming guest attendance, studio readiness, and equipment checklists for camera, lighting, and audio; assist during recordings and live streams by communicating operational instructions to camera, audio, and graphics personnel and noting segment timing for post-production; organize and label media files and production notes for editors and graphics support and perform initial technical quality checks on final files for audio sync, basic graphics placement, and YouTube publishing specifications; maintain internal records for releases, music cues, and permissions and follow up on missing documentation before publication.
Req:
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Film/TV Production or Journalism & 2 years of experience in in audiovisual or digital media production including coordinating production schedules and logistics directing prod. operations during recordings and overseeing post-prod through final delivery.
