This role oversees all aspects of video production from concept development, scripting, and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery across digital platforms. The Video Producer works closely with the Marketing team to create compelling visual narratives that elevate brand awareness, support campaigns, and enhance engagement. This role requires strong creative direction, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure timely production of high impact content. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end video production including concept creation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post production. Produce a wide range of video content such as brand videos, commercials, digital ads, social media videos, tutorials, interviews, and event coverage. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video strategies that align with brand goals and campaign objectives. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional quality footage. Manage production schedules, timelines, budgets, and resources for all video projects. Direct on-screen talent and guide creative execution to ensure alignment with brand standards. Edit video content using professional editing software to deliver polished, ready to publish assets. Optimize video formats for various platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and internal communications. Maintain organized video asset libraries, project files, and documentation to support efficient workflow and brand consistency. Stay current on video trends, storytelling techniques, production technology, and best practices to continuously elevate content quality. Partner with cross functional teams to support company events, product launches, and brand initiatives that require video coverage. Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Credentials Education:
bachelor's degree in film production, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Professional training or certifications in video production or editing preferred.
Experience:
3 or more years of experience producing video content in a marketing, media, or creative environment. Proven experience with camera operation, sound recording, lighting, and on set direction. Strong background in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling. Experience producing content for digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and websites.
Skills:
Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling. Creative thinking and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling video concepts. Excellent project management and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. English proficiency required.
