Job Description

Production Engineering Intern We are looking for 2 enthusiastic Production Engineering Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Cell Leads, Team Leaders, and Operators on the shopfloor to support daily production activities. Assist in the creation, review, and standardization of OPLs (One Point Lessons) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to
CIL & CL
activities. Support capability-building initiatives by translating technical processes into simple, visual, and operator-friendly standards. Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency. Help maintain proper documentation and reporting using MS Office tools.
Qualifications:
Engineering student or fresh graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Shopfloor-oriented with willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills. What You Will Gain Practical exposure to manufacturing and production operations.
