Apparel Production Manager (Prefer Bilingual in Mandarin and English)

Apparel Production Manager Sunova Global Inc. is an apparel manufacturing and importing company. We are looking for an Apparel Production Manager to join our fast-growing business. Apparel Production Manager will have the following responsibilities: Product Development

• Able to analyze fashion trend and recommend fabric collections to customers
• Forsee potential quality issue during development stage to avoid production issues. Costing
• Manage seasonable cost sheets, seeking ways to hit target from customers while maintaining our margin goal.
• Partner with customers and our internal team for cost saving options
• Analyze cost data and maintain costing histories and continue to look for strategies to improve the margin Production Management
• Responsible for entire production life cycle from product development to production and ensure delivery on track.
• Monitor WIP, identify risks, communicate with oversea office and customers to resolve the potential issue.
• Follow up factory compliance status with factories and customers. Logistic Management
• Review and process shipping documentation from overseas agents/customers
• Liaise with overseas for ensuring ISF compliance
• Enter accurate and timely data entry into our system and update shipment status
• Effectively communicate with warehouse, truckers, forwarders, customers and co-workers through high volume e-mails phone calls and verbal contact to ensure shipment is delivered to destination.
• Follow through with the shipment process, custom clearance, cargo availability, and notify customers of any changes or delays.

QUALIFICATIONS 1. 2-3

years of work experience in garment industry and logistics 2. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and at a fast-paced environment 3. Have proficient knowledge in garment construction, knit / woven fabric contents and construction. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written. 5. Prefer to be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
