Production Overview We are seeking a Supervising Producer who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages complex productions with confidence, delivers exceptional client service, and creates compelling video content that drives results. This role is ideal for an experienced newsroom producer, executive producer, line producer, or content leader looking to bring their storytelling and production expertise into the live events industry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, and energized by managing multiple moving parts while leading creative projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Manage the overall production process for assigned clients and projects. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events. Anticipate client needs and respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and challenges. Create and manage production schedules, shoot schedules, and editing timelines. Lead communication and coordination between clients, editors, videographers, motion graphics designers, and internal teams. Provide creative direction and editorial guidance throughout the production process. Independently gather information, conduct interviews, and write broadcast-style copy. Produce content across multiple formats, including daily event highlights, interviews, promotional videos, and marketing pieces. Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining CNTV's high creative and customer service standards. Travel to events nationwide and oversee onsite production execution. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve workflows and production efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of newsroom, broadcast, or video production experience. Experience managing productions, deadlines, logistics, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Strong editorial judgment and storytelling ability. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure. Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently. Professional demeanor suitable for interacting with CEOs, executives, and industry leaders. Desire and ability to travel up to 50%. Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have) Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field. Experience producing live events or live broadcasts. Experience directing motion graphics or visual branding elements. Fluency in social media and digital content strategy. On-camera experience.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary Range:
