Spanish Bilingual Production Manager

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of production planning, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing waste Manage manufacturing processes utilizing ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to streamline workflows and improve productivity Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs Oversee plant management activities including safety protocols, quality control, and mechanical maintenance to uphold high standards Collaborate with supply chain teams to analyze logistics data, forecast demand, and improve supply chain management strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing performance metrics, and applying best practices in operations management Supervise assembly lines and mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and operations optimization Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; familiarity with MRP systems is highly desirable Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and process improvements to boost efficiency Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and assembly processes Experience leading teams in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Ability to analyze supply chain data using supply chain analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategic planning Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to facilitate effective communication across diverse teams if you have any question for this postion, please contact @334-329-4236
