Inspect advisor route sheets to ensure repairs are progressing and promised completion times are met. Follow up on vehicles approaching or exceeding promised delivery times. Monitor the completion, quality, and timeliness of Video MPIs. Ensure technicians complete Video MPIs and advisors review, present, and communicate recommendations to customers. Maintain a visible presence on the service drive, shop floor, and customer waiting-room floor. Stay aware of waiting customers, vehicle status, and delays, and ensure customers receive timely updates. Lead daily production meetings and maintain accountability for repair progress. Improve communication between advisors, technicians, parts, dispatch, management, and customers. Ensure every vehicle has a clear status, next step, and responsible party. Use production reports, customer satisfaction results, Video MPI analytics, and communication metrics to improve performance. Identify workflow issues and implement improvements that reduce cycle time and improve the customer experience. Maintain an organized, urgent, and accountable service environment.
