Production Manager Production Manager - Industrial Construction Materials Manufacturing We are happy to offer you relocation assistance to Greater Indy! Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach and develop production staff across shifts to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining strong safety, quality and performance standards. Enforce safety protocols, promoting a safety-first culture, oversee quality controls, and partner with maintenance Plan and coordinate production schedulers, allocate labor and materials, manage inventory flow, and adapt plans to changing demand to minimize disruptions. Set and monitor production KPIs, prepare operational reports, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve process reliability. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Construction Materials, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5+ years of experience in production supervision or management within industrial manufacturing for construction materials environments.
