Project Manager-Print Production

Do you want to be a contributor on a high performance commercial printing team? The perfect person for this position is a friendly, outgoing, organized, service-oriented team player. This person will possess excellent communication and project management skills for flawless execution and high client satisfaction.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Interfacing with the client via phone, email and, on occasion, in-person Receiving print specifications and client artwork Presenting estimates and quotations to the client Writing up and processing of estimates and production orders/job tickets in our MIS production system (EFI Pace) Organizing and managing all client communication required to deliver prompt and accurate project execution with an attention to detail Actively participating in production meetings by identifying needs, communicating status and managing on-time performance for all client projects Managing the print production schedule and communicating necessary updates Ensuring the client experience is delightful in every way

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Adobe Creative Suite a plus We offer competitive wages with an excellent benefit package, which includes healthcare (including dental and vision), 401k with matching contributions and vacation.
