Indoor Movie Theatre Shift Manager

$300 retention bonus paid If you meet certain requirements. There is extensive training on projectors that takes time to be proficient on. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Our schedule is getting ready to expand with more hours available to those interested, and even more hours available this summer. Part-time and Full-time position are available. Movie lineup for 2026 looks exceptionally good. Also looking for a shift manager with additional pay offered to those that qualify. Our family-owned business has brought entertainment to the Northwest Indiana area for over twenty years. Employees at Showland Cinemas main objective is to help make the customer feel welcome with fast, friendly, and efficient customer service. As a team member, you will help prepare and serve various food and drink items to our guests. In addition to serving the customer, you will be responsible for: Operating the cash register, keeping food items stocked, and cleaning the counters, equipment, and condiment areas. Other responsibilities include cleaning the theatres before opening each day and after each movie showing, and cleaning bathrooms.
