SENIOR MULTIMEDIA PRODUCER

03+ Months Pay rate: $44.50/hr on W2 without benefits Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead video, photography, and event production for a fast-paced in-house marketing and communications team. This role manages end-to-end production, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and ensures high-quality creative content across digital, social, broadcast, and live events. Key Responsibilities Lead video, photography, and event production from planning through final delivery. Manage production schedules, budgets, vendors, freelancers, and creative resources. Direct on-site photo/video shoots and oversee post-production quality. Coordinate event logistics, AV, staging, vendors, and production plans. Partner with marketing, brand, and executive teams to deliver engaging content. Maintain digital media assets and support social media content production. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of video, photography, and event production experience. Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects), Microsoft Office, and Google Drive. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite). Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel. Ability to pass required background and security screenings.
Pay:
