Jul 20, 2026 We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to orchestrate complex marketing projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of high-volume, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring every detail aligns with strategic vision and delivers measurable results. Your expertise will directly influence the timely delivery and quality of creative assets, playing a crucial part in the overall success of marketing initiatives. This is a 30-hour per week, hybrid position.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Manage and oversee a high volume of complex seasonal campaigns within established marketing processes.
  • Oversee collaborative creative projects spanning print, digital, social, and motion graphics, ensuring alignment with stakeholder vision.
  • Utilize independent judgment to navigate challenges, remove obstacles, and maintain focus in dynamic situations to achieve project goals.
  • Develop accurate milestones and timelines, ensuring on-time execution from start to finish.
  • Organize and lead team meetings with various levels of management, including agenda creation, task workflow facilitation, and capturing feedback and action items.
  • Maintain a clear and realistic view of projects during discussions and as requirements evolve.
  • Proactively identify priorities and potential barriers, balancing scope and needs throughout the creative process.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management for effective problem resolution.
  • Review and quality assure content throughout the approval process to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Skills & Experience You'll Bring:
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage an integrated workload of print, e-commerce, social, and motion graphic projects to support business needs.
  • A diplomatic approach to negotiate challenges and barriers, delivering results through decisive action.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, flexible, and capable of making decisions under tight time constraints.
  • Ability to efficiently move projects through creative development, approval, revisions, and delivery.
  • A dynamic self-starter with a strong work ethic, possessing a comprehensive understanding of project intricacies within the broader strategic context.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 5+ years of project management, traffic, or marketing experience managing creatives, preferably in an agency or corporate advertising environment.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management applications or workflow software preferred.
  • Experience with digital, social, and media processes and timetables.
  • Corporate video production experience.
