This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience managing direct mail campaigns, print vendors, and multiple production timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and can effectively manage multiple moving parts—from vendor coordination and print production schedules to inventory tracking and campaign execution. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly detail-focused, and capable of keeping projects organized from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of print and direct mail campaigns , including flyers, postcards, door hangers, yard signs, and other printed materials. Coordinate with print vendors , mail houses, and production partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards. Oversee project timelines, production schedules, and delivery deadlines across multiple simultaneous campaigns. Review proofs, print specifications, and production details to ensure accuracy before release. Monitor production workflows and quickly resolve issues to avoid delays. Vendor & Campaign Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with external print vendors and fulfillment partners . Request quotes, compare vendor capabilities, and ensure cost-effective production solutions. Coordinate campaign rollouts with internal teams to ensure alignment between production schedules and marketing objectives. Track vendor performance to maintain quality and reliability. Inventory & Distribution Oversight Monitor inventory levels for printed marketing materials such as flyers, signs, and promotional assets. Forecast inventory needs based on campaign schedules and regional demand. Ensure field teams and local partners have the necessary print materials available each week. Maintain organized records of production quantities, shipments, and inventory usage. Project Tracking & Reporting Maintain project calendars and campaign production schedules to ensure deadlines are met. Track key production milestones, identify bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Provide regular reports on campaign production progress, vendor timelines, and fulfillment status. Implement process improvements to streamline project workflows and increase efficiency. Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, print production, direct mail, or print media operations. Proven experience working with print vendors, direct mail campaigns, and production schedules . Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Experience reviewing print specifications, proofs, and vendor deliverables. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and workflow management systems. Preferred Experience Background in print media management , production management , or direct mail marketing . Experience managing fulfillment and distribution logistics for print campaigns. Familiarity with campaign inventory planning and vendor negotiations.
