Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Creative Producer to lead multi-channel creative production from concept through to post-production. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various creative resources to deliver compelling campaigns. Responsibilities Lead integrated creative production projects, ensuring alignment from concept through delivery. Source and negotiate with internal and external creative resources, including photographers, directors, and editors. Manage production logistics with a focus on guest experience and enterprise alignment. Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work effectively. Build production capabilities and foster collaboration among creative teams. Skills 5+ years of experience in multi-media creative production, including photography and video. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and ambiguity. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to facilitate teamwork and creative discussions. Flexibility to travel as needed, including weekends. Preferred Skills Experience in both brand-side and agency-side production is a plus. Knowledge of animation and motion graphics can enhance project execution. A four-year college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
