Crew Location:
United States (Nationwide) Apply Be one of the first to apply! Save Job Under the supervision of the Director and Associate Director of Operations and Production, the Production/Company Manager oversees four technicians and one truck driver, and in conjunction with the Stage Manager, oversees four actors. They are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the tour run smoothly and efficiently. This is a touring position.
Job Duties/Requirements:
Management/Supervisor of tour; responsible for advancing the tour, communicating with venues and presenters to ensure technical needs of the production are met; oversee all aspects of load in (approx. 4 hours) and load out (approx. 1.5 hours) with touring crew members; oversee local carps for instructions to assemble set wall and lay show marley floor; work with the SM on coordination of onstage and backstage activity; manage Master Tour and Slack Applications; administrative paperwork as needed; primary driver (to/from venues and city to city in SUV or Minivan); backup truck driver (26' box truck -Non CDL), able to pass a DOT physical. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License; proactive thinking, detail oriented, problem solver, clear written and verbal communication, strong leader; must be tech savvy with a deep understanding of theatre tech; experience in the field of theatre production; knowledge of both Lighting and Audio as it relates to touring.
