Duties Select and prepare fresh, high-quality fruits suitable for arrangement and presentation Dip fruits and other edible items in various chocolate coatings, ensuring smooth coverage and appealing finishes Assemble intricate fruit arrangements that balance color, shape, and texture to create visually stunning displays Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to meet health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to develop new design concepts and innovative presentation ideas Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless production flow Assist with packaging and delivery preparations for completed arrangements Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation, culinary arts, or floral arrangement is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong attention to detail with an eye for color coordination and aesthetic balance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Basic knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards Creative mindset with a passion for artistic presentation and design Excellent manual dexterity for dipping, assembling, and handling delicate fruits and decorations Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to new techniques quickly Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with graphic design or illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, understanding of color theory, experience with merchandising or retail presentation, sewing or garment construction skills (for decorative accessories), or background in theater or visual arts that enhances creative display skills.
