Location:
- This is a field Sales position covering a Minnesota, Iowa and North Dakota territory. Residency within the covered territory is required, but given the concentration of accounts residency near Minneapolis, MA, CO or Salt Lake City, UT is preferred. No relocation assistance will be provided.
- What You Will Do
- + Own overall revenue, bookings, and account performance across all Thermo FisherBioProductionbusiness units within assigned customer sites.
CRM/SFDC
management, ensuringaccurateforecasting, pipeline visibility, and alignment of Thermo Fisher resources with customer goals.- How You Will Get There
- Education
- + Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related fieldrequired. + Master's degree preferred.
- Experience
- + Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in theBioProduction, Life Sciences, Biopharmaceuticalmarket, orlarge CAPEX equipment. + Consistent record of achieving sales targets,leading customer relationships,anddrivingcomplex, multi-product,customernegotiations. + Demonstrated success in account ownership, forecast management, and growing account territory.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- + Strong understanding of bioprocessing workflows from development through commercial manufacturing.
- Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota - $87,000 -$129,500 This position is eligible to receive a sales commission based on individual performance in accordance with company policy.
