Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Superintendent, Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of production management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. SAP, MRP

(Material Requirements Planning), and other ERP systems to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts. Manage supply chain analytics and supply chain management activities to optimize inventory levels and material flow. Drive process improvement initiatives through continuous evaluation of manufacturing workflows and quality control standards. Supervise plant operations, including assembly lines, mechanical maintenance, and process optimization efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations management strategies, ensuring safety compliance and operational excellence. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated success in leading large teams. Strong knowledge of

SAP, MRP

systems, ERP platforms, and supply chain analytics tools. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement techniques, and quality control standards. Mechanical knowledge coupled with expertise in plant management and operations management practices. Background in implementing continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
