Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Fairfield New Jersey. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure the execution of high-quality production processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising production staff, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves managing materials, resources, and schedules to ensure successful on-time project completion. Skills & Competencies Teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to manage personnel, identifying individual strengths and aptitudes Understanding of work timelines and methods for each production phases Ability to identify, analyze, and optimize production processes Experience in tracking and managing project workflows through all production stages Ability to follow up on production phases according to established workflows Technical Knowledge Knowledge of technical drawings, including: Mechanical drawings Woodworking / Carpentry drawings Software Skills Microsoft Office (required) AutoCAD or other 3D CAD software (preferred / optional) Location Must be based within 30 miles of the warehouse Work Schedule Flexible working hours Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when required Languages Proficiency in English and Spanish or Italian Benefits Full suite of benefits including 4% 401k matching.
