Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager / Videographer Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines event production, video management, and client relations. This is Contract work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of event production from setup to execution, ensuring every event runs smoothly and meets our high standards Lead and manage a production team on-site, delegating tasks effectively and keeping the crew organized and on schedule Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the day of events, maintaining professionalism and ensuring client satisfaction throughout Operate and manage videography equipment and live streaming setups as needed Drive a company van to and from event locations, transporting equipment safely and on time
Requirements:
Proven experience in event production and/or videography management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working directly with clients Hands-on experience with videography and live streaming equipment and workflows Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Highly organized, dependable, and able to problem-solve on the fly
Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
