Support pre-production and post-production processes, including organizing assets, preparing materials, and updating project trackers. Gather, clean, and organize production-related data from various sources (e.g., performance metrics, workflow logs, content outputs). Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for optimization. Build simple dashboards or reports to visualize key insights for the production team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date datasets to support decision-making. Analyze production timelines, resource utilization, and throughput to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Provide weekly or monthly summaries of production performance metrics Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, or output consistency. Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned tasks.
