Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our dynamic entertainment team focused on Spy Ninjas content. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing production schedules, supervising creative teams, and ensuring seamless execution of engaging video projects. Your leadership and organizational skills will help bring exciting stories to life, captivating audiences worldwide. Pre-Production Break down scripts and create production plans Assist in coordination of props, wardrobe, locations, and production resources Assist with talent coordination and scheduling Create and/or send essential production documents (e.g. call sheets, deal memos, waivers, NDAs) Ensure all production requirements are secured before filming Help track deliverables and deadlines across departments Production (Shoot Days) Support crew & talent Assist with crew, talent, and location coordination Assist with production logistics and daily schedules Ensure production assets are organized and available before they are needed Troubleshoot issues in real-time Help maintain continuity and production notes Keep productions moving efficiently and on schedule Operations & Project Management Maintain production workflows inside project management systems Track project status across multiple productions Communicate updates between departments Help improve internal production processes Maintain production databases, documentation, and archives Qualifications Required Experience in content production (Digital media, film, or TV) Experience coordinating shoots, events, or creative projects Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Extreme attention to detail Strong problem-solving ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience of YouTube content production Experience with Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar tools Experience with photo/video editing software (i.e. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut) Ideal Candidate Traits Highly organized Resourceful Self-motivated Creative thinker Strong communicator Calm under pressure Team-oriented Solutions-focused Passionate about content creation Why This Role Matters At Qlay, the Associate Producer plays a key role in transforming creative ideas into finished content. From $20.00 per hour
