oHHo is a fast-growing brand transforming the way consumers engage with cannabis through thoughtfully crafted, premium products and experiences. Built on hemp-derived CBD and Delta
  • 9 THC, our range spans seltzers, gummies, chocolates, and topicals, with energy drinks coming soon.
We sell DTC and wholesale through a solid and expanding distribution network, and we move fast. This is a startup environment where the right person can grow alongside the business.
The Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Production & Logistics Manager to own the day-to-day execution of getting our products made and delivered on time. You'll coordinate components, co-manufacturers, suppliers, and shipments across our full product range. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who lives in the details, chases down loose ends, and connects dots that others miss. You'll be the person who makes sure the right products get made to spec, built correctly, and delivered when they're supposed to.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end production scheduling and coordination with co-manufacturers across all categories (beverage, edibles, topicals). Organize and track all components, raw materials, and packaging to ensure co-manufacturers have everything they need to run on time. Issue, manage, and follow up on purchase orders — double-checking every PO for accuracy (quantities, SKUs, artwork, specs) before it goes out, including a final check on artwork supplied by our design team. Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received — verifying pricing, quantities, and terms to prevent billing discrepancies and confirm order accuracy. Manage inbound and outbound logistics with a focus on freight cost optimization — selecting and managing the right carriers and partners, consolidating shipments where possible, and planning proactively to avoid expedited freight charges and late-shipment penalties. Track shipments and delivery timelines end to end, flagging risks early and resolving issues before they impact customers or cost. Maintain visibility on supplier MOQs, lead times, and pricing tiers — and proactively push to optimize order quantities, reduce waste, and protect/improve margins. Maintain accurate, real-time records of inventory status, production progress, and open orders so nothing slips. Maintain clear visibility into inventory positions across all warehouses and co-manufacturers — tracking both finished goods and components so stock levels are always known and accounted for. Execute against demand and production plans set by the team, with the opportunity to take on more forecasting and planning ownership as you grow. Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to the broader team. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years in production, supply chain, operations, or logistics — ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or a regulated/manufactured-goods category. Fluency in CPG and logistics terminology and workflows (MOQs, lead times, COGS, BOMs, POs, co-manufacturing, freight/LTL/FTL, etc.). Exceptional organization and follow-through — you track everything and let nothing fall through the cracks. Proactive, dot-connecting mindset: you see how components, timelines, and stakeholders relate and you get ahead of problems. Comfort with ambiguity and speed — you thrive in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift and you take initiative. Level-headed under pressure — you stay calm when emergencies or last-minute issues arise, and you problem-solve your way to a resolution. Strong communicator who holds suppliers and partners accountable to deadlines. Openness to feedback — you take direction and constructive input well, and use it to improve. Numerically sharp — comfortable working with cost, margin, and quantity trade-offs. High personal accountability and reliability; a genuine desire to grow with the company. Nice to Have Experience in hemp/cannabis, supplements, or another regulated CPG category. Experience with inventory/ERP or procurement tools.
