Operations/ Production Manager

We are looking for someone who likes a fast paced environment and loves to problem solve. We like someone who can think quick on their feet, is tech savoy, and can maintain our graphic productions of any graphic material, digital or physical!

THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGN JOB

; this is a hands-on, heavy production role.

Job context:

The main focus for this job position is overseeing daily shop operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards while maintaining a productive and organized work environment. Along with is cutting 3M window film and any digital or physical graphics as well as learning the process for application, and assisting in that aspect.

Responsibilities:

Production for automotive and commercial Read blueprints or work order specifications Customer assistance Will be expected to eventually assist in install Must have experience operating wide format printers Easily handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation High attention to detail Can produce in a timely manner Team environment Tech-savvy - you will need to be able to use software programs Great communication skills Experience preferred but not required. $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
