Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with two years experience in a live sports or broadcast production environment; Working knowledge of live production environments and broadcast workflows; Must demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, freelance crew, and external partners are essential. LSU values skills, experience, and expertise. Candidates who have relevant experience in key job responsibilities are encouraged to apply— a degree is not required as long as the candidate meets the required years of experience specified in the job description.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with live event production and familiarity with ESPN or similar network workflows; Experience with Ross XPression, replay systems, and control room equipment.Special or Physical Requirements:
