Marketing and Creative Services Producer

Essential Duties:

• Collaborate with local stakeholders and company peers with conceptualization and production of on-air station image and promotion with a primary focus on news.
• Maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong customer service skills.
• Extensive experience creating and delivering projects on deadline.
• Oversee content, staff and budget of daily lifestyle show

Requirements & Skills:

• College degree
• Advanced knowledge of creating and producing promotional spots from concept through the post-production process.
• Broad understanding of marketing and design. Ability to translate brand visual identity and style guides into day-to-day project creation.
• The position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility in breaking news situations
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Collaboration with sales, engineering and news departments is essential.
• Meet all deadlines, fulfill scheduling commitments, and consistently achieve deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Must have strong communication skills to communicate project status, assets needed, expectations, and provide customer service skills across a large group.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

The Marketing and Creative Services Producer must be able to stand, sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work near others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. In addition, the Creative Services Producer must be able to lift, set up, and operate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds, and be able to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repetitive movements are required. Work may be conducted in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions. Salary $70- $85k based off experience This is an in office position.
