Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Producer for an upcoming home renovation series. This role requires a strong storyteller who can work closely with talent, and collaborate with the creative and production teams to deliver compelling, authentic content. Responsibilities
  • Assist Showrunner in managing all aspects of daily filming as needed.
  • Help shape story beats for each episode
  • Coordinate with production management on schedules, logistics, and shoot needs
  • Oversee story continuity and ensure coverage aligns with creative vision
  • Flag story, production, or talent issues proactively and problem-solve in real time Qualifications
  • Previous Field Producer experience on home renovation, lifestyle, or unscripted series
  • Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple storylines under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with production paperwork and field deliverables
  • Must be flexible with hours
