Job Description
Step into a fast-paced, modern precast concrete operation built for growth and powered by a strong, experienced team. Night Shift Production Manager will lead production on the night shift in a two-shift manufacturing facility, helping keep workflow smooth, schedules on track, and safety always front and center. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Night Shift Production Manager position include: 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing environments Working hours 9pm-5am ET Monday-Friday Supervise and coordinate all activities on the night shift within the precast production facility to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules Lead, motivate, and train team members in safe work practices, manufacturing procedures, and equipment operation Oversee heavy equipment operation such as forklifts and cranes for materials handling and transportation within the plant Maintain safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations, and addressing hazards promptly Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance or escalate issues to ensure schedule adherence Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products while coordinating with warehouse staff for efficient storage and dispatch Document production activities through detailed reports, logs, and incident records to ensure traceability and continuous improvement
Salary:
$70,000-$90,000 based off experience
