Comgraphx is a high-volume manufacturer of stickers, labels, and printed graphics serving customers nationwide, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and reliability. This role oversees the day-to-day performance and overall outcome of production — ensuring jobs are prepared, scheduled, and completed on time. You'll lead the team, manage priorities, and keep operations running smoothly, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and strengthen overall performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Owning the production schedule across flexo and digital presses Making sure jobs are ready to run (artwork, plates, dies, materials) Keeping work moving efficiently from prepress → press → finishing Leading a team across day and night shifts Maintaining overall standards, urgency, and consistency on the floor Troubleshooting issues and keeping production on track Improving processes to reduce waste and increase throughput What We're Looking For Strong sense of ownership in driving performance and accountability Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-based decisions Confident in leading people and holding standards Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with operators Experience & Background Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role Experience managing production schedules and teams Print, label, or manufacturing experience preferred What This Role Requires Someone who stays ahead of problems, not just reacts to them Someone who can manage competing priorities without getting overwhelmed Someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Schedule may vary based on production needs Compensation | Benefits | Work Environment Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
