COMPANY PROFILE

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Production Manager supervises the daily production activities through Foreman and their crews. This position is responsible for the safe, effective, and economic installation, operation and maintenance of oil and gas production operations across the assigned area. Special focus to be placed on: Work closely with the production team and other departments to ensure workplace is safe and environmentally compliant Supervise company production foreman across the assigned region Oversee the operation of local field office including invoice flow Ensure the proper testing and allocation of production field at multi well Central Tank Batteries Coordinate as necessary with well servicing, completion, engineering, drilling, materials, Frac and HSE groups Responsible for maximizing production at minimum cost Recommend and implement maintenance and cost reduction programs Recommend changes in production operations and confer with supervisor and engineering on implementing changes Establish and maintain good working relationships with surface owners and community leaders Work closely with facility engineers on new facility designs. Bring operational experience to planning meetings Ensures that the people and process required to maximize base production are in place and functioning Ensures quality reporting of base production analysis Accountable for performance results of assigned area including base production and EHS Provides learning's and design/SOP feedback to planning development, well engineering group, facilities and Base Surface group Develops and manages to area forecasts and budgets Provides performance management continuous skill development opportunities for direct reports Duties and responsibilities may be added or changed at any time at the discretion of your supervisor, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred or equivalent on the job experience in place of education At least 15 years progressive oil and gas production, operations and completions experience in increasingly responsible asset and field operations management positions with at least 5 years in a large asset management level capacity Fully competent in all conventional and horizontal oil and gas exploration and production Ability to work in a consultative manner with every level of internal/external company and regulatory contacts as expected Strong knowledge of federal, state and local regulations as they pertain to drilling and site operations, safety and environmental related matters and energy/oil and gas codes and standards and industry practices Strong familiarity with rules and regulations of the Oil and Gas Commission, right of way, leases, division orders, pooling, unitization, spacing, etc. Exemplary interpersonal and written communication, organization, consultative, recordkeeping, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong capability for relationship building, including interaction with land, drilling and production staff, State and Federal agencies, mineral and landowners Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Must be able to move or traverse from one location on the job site to another. This includes the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently positioning oneself (e.g., to stoop, kneel, or squat) to perform tasks, and occasionally ascend/descend (e.g., ladders or uneven terrain) Ability to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess driving operations effectively (either naturally or with corrective lenses). Ability to operate a 4X4 vehicle. Must be able to repetitively move or position feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, and back. Constantly operates, uses, and positions hands and fingers in performance of work Must be able to work atop elevated surfaces and traverse various heights Lifts or carries 116 lbs. or more, which falls into the "heavy" category (over 50 pounds). Frequently pushes and pulls with a maximum force of 150 ft./lbs. Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions and is exposed to varying environmental conditions, including well site conditions. The position requires the ability to perform tasks in physically demanding environments, encompassing the essential physical requirements and efforts outline The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
Driver Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record This position involves operating a company vehicle for work-related travel or receiving a stipend for operating a personal vehicle for company use; adherence to all traffic laws and company vehicle policies is required. Candidates must be eligible to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy.
