Services We Provide Yardvarks offers comprehensive outdoor services for residential and commercial clients, including: Landscape installation and enhancements Seasonal color installation Drainage solutions Irrigation installation and repair Lawn and landscape maintenance Turf & ornamental care Pool service and repair Pest control services Position Summary We are seeking a high-level Landscape Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and profitability of our landscape installation division. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on budget, and to Yardvarks' quality standards. The ideal candidate understands production, crew management, job costing, and how to keep projects moving at a steady, organized pace. This position is responsible for the entire outcome of each project—from preparation and staging to final walkthrough. Success in this role is measured by leadership, planning, efficiency, quality, and financial performance. Responsibilities Oversee all landscape installation, drainage, seasonal color, and enhancement projects Ensure projects are completed on time and at or under budgeted labor hours Manage job costing and maintain profitability targets Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and scheduling for all projects Ensure all materials and equipment are staged and prepared before crews begin work Review project plans, scope, and expectations with crews before starting jobs Maintain efficient workflow and productivity across installation crews Lead foremen and crews to ensure accountability, organization, and communication Conduct site visits and quality control inspections throughout projects Ensure all installations meet Yardvarks' standards for craftsmanship and plant health Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Identify and solve field issues quickly to avoid delays or rework Requirements Proven experience managing landscape installation or production teams Strong understanding of landscape construction, drainage, and planting practices Experience with scheduling, crew management, and job costing Ability to lead teams while maintaining accountability and efficiency Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Supportive, team-focused work environment Ready to Join Us?
