Experiential Producer

- $60 /hr Posted May 08, 2026 Our agency client is seeking an Experiential Producer! This role is remote, about 40 hours/week starting the week of May 11 through May 28. There will be two location rollouts
- one domestic and one international.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end production of a large-scale immersive walk-through experience, from pre-production through on-site install and live activation
- Manage vendor relationships across fabrication, scenic, AV, lighting, and interactive technology partners
- Oversee budgets and track spend across both the domestic and international locations, flagging risks and reconciling actuals
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure each room and experiential moment is executed to spec
- Lead experience production for the domestic activation (live May 17), then transition to supporting the international adaptation (live May 28)
- Adapt the domestic creative to fit the international venue's physical constraints and spatial requirements, working with local vendors and partners as needed
- Coordinate fabrication timelines, delivery schedules, and install logistics across both markets
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between internal teams, the client, and all production vendors
- Troubleshoot on-site in real time to keep activations on schedule and on brand
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience producing large-scale live brand experiences, immersive installations, or experiential activations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and fabrication from concept through install
- Experience producing multi-room or environmental/scenic builds (themed spaces, interactive rooms, branded walk-throughs)
- Comfort working across multiple markets or time zones simultaneously
- Experience working with entertainment, film, or IP-driven brand activations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with international production logistics (EU vendor experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; you keep stakeholders aligned and the build moving
