Job Description
Position Overview Festival Napa Valley seeks a detail-oriented Production Manager. Responsibilities As the Production Manager at Festival Napa Valley, primary responsibilities include: Work with Executive Producer and Vice President and Director of Artistic Planning in connection with concert programming and production and artistic administration Work with development and marketing team on matters pertaining to guest services, marketing, PR, and media Assist events team on planning, production and logistics Work with Festival management, officers, consultants and board members to develop and manage opportunities for the Festival, and provide such other services and support as is reasonably requested and mutually agreed Experience 3-5 years of experience in production management, event production, or arts administration, preferably within a performing arts, festival, or live events environment Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-venue productions from conception through execution Experience working with artists, agents, and technical crews in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in budgeting, contract management, and vendor negotiations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, board members, and external partners Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly during festival season
