  • US only We're looking for a Program Manager to join our team and become the strategic partner for our top customers, owning their production journey from prototype to scale.
You'll translate complex technical requirements into production reality, navigate supply chain challenges, and ensure our customers' most critical projects succeed. If you love manufacturing, solving hard problems, and making a real impact on hardware companies

We're changing the game in manufacturing by empowering engineers with better tools and direct access to vetted suppliers, while delivering radical transparency and incredible service. What you'll do Own customer production outcomes
  • Be the single point of accountability for our top accounts' manufacturing success Manage complex production projects
  • Navigate DFM issues, supplier selection, quality requirements, and scale-up challenges across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and other processes Scale products to production
  • Guide customers through the transition from prototyping to volume manufacturing, anticipating roadblocks before they hit Strategic supply chain navigation
  • Leverage your manufacturing expertise to solve problems our customers don't yet see coming Bridge technical and business requirements
  • Translate between engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines You're a fit if you Have 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting, etc.
) Have direct experience managing production projects through their full lifecycle Have a track record of interfacing with demanding customers on complex technical projects Have deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing processes Are service-oriented with a genuine care for customer outcomes Have startup experience and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Are customer-obsessed but technically sharp
  • you can talk GD&T with an engineer, then pivot to discussing business constraints with a COO See three steps ahead on production challenges and move fast Own outcomes completely and find energy in solving hard problems for customers building physical products
Bonus:
