Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized Production & Project Manager to keep our content production and day-to-day operations running like clockwork. If you find genuine satisfaction in well-managed timelines, smooth shoot days, and systems that just work, this role is for you. You'll be the organizational anchor of our team—coordinating projects from planning through completion, keeping production on schedule, and managing the administrative workflows that keep the business moving. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in orchestrating people, schedules, and systems so everything runs without a hitch. What You'll Do Production & Project Coordination Plan and coordinate the logistics behind each content shoot, from prep through wrap Manage shoot-day flow, keeping production on schedule and anticipating needs before they arise Track projects and deliverables across the team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Coordinate timelines, milestones, and handoffs to keep work moving forward Administrative & Operational Support Manage incoming inquiry emails about our design services, responding professionally and tracking follow-ups Set up and manage trade accounts with vendors and partners Coordinate general admin workflows and keep operational tasks on track Maintain organized systems and processes across the business Studio Support Ensure the styling space and inventory stay organized and well-managed Coordinate the prep and reset of the space around shoots What We're Looking For Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once A track record of keeping projects, timelines, and systems running smoothly Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, anticipate-the-need mindset Reliability and the ability to work both independently and as the organizational anchor of a creative team Clear, professional written communication for handling client and vendor correspondence Comfort with the occasional hands-on task (lifting, moving, and arranging items as needed) A genuine passion for organization, systems, and keeping things on track Interest in home design, lifestyle content, or creative production is a plus Nice to Have Previous experience in project coordination, production management, or operations Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar) Photography or video set experience About House of Valentina House of Valentina is a home design and lifestyle brand built around the art of living beautifully.
