Associate Insurance Producer

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. This individual will be committed to the development and growth of their client base. Accountabilities Provide prompt and courteous customer service Internal/External Sales - Personal lines, small commercial/farm lines Develop a prospect client base and market insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Educate customers utilizing a customer focus needs-based process Review existing customer accounts Maintain a strong and positive work ethic and total commitment to success daily Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments Qualifications and Skills A commitment to professional and ethical behavior Effective verbal and written communication skills; communication proficiency. Demonstrated ability to use tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with customers and co-workers High importance placed on excellent customer service A self-starter, one who is highly motivated\ Analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and Relationship Skills Experience 0-2 years: Insurance Experience License & Certifications Current Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 6 months We offer the opportunity for career growth and development in a professional and pleasant working environment.
