About this position: Job Summary The First15 Worship Intern supports the curation, production, and promotion of worship music featured in the First15 daily devotional email and app. This role helps select songs that align with each devotional, builds relationships with featured artists, and assists in project managing new First15 Worship original songs and the upcoming instrumental album. The role requires a love for worship music, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Duties & Responsibilities Curate worship songs that align thematically with daily First15 devotional content for inclusion in the email and app. Notify featured artists when their song is selected, encouraging them to share with their audience. Assist in the ongoing curation and selection of songs for new First15 Worship singles. Assist in the project management of new First15 Worship original songs, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with songwriters and producers. Coordinate with the producer on the First15 Worship instrumental album, tracking progress against milestones and keeping all stakeholders aligned. As capacity allows, assist with First15 app content, YouTube, and social channels in collaboration with the marketing team. All other duties as assigned by the CEO. Ensure that performance and conduct align with the ministry's Statement of Faith, Core Values, Organizational Playbook, and Employee Handbook. Required Skills & Abilities A genuine love for worship music and devotional content, with a heart to help others encounter God through song. Strong project management instincts, able to track multiple workstreams and deadlines. Comfortable building relationships with artists, managers, and labels through written communication. Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. Familiarity with music production workflows is a plus. Education & Experience Currently pursuing a degree in Music, Music Business, Worship Arts, Communications, or a related field. 15 hours per week at $20 an hour Please click this link to apply: Apply Here
