Essential Duties:
Serve as the primary commercial and customer-facing representative for assigned flowback accounts, managing relationships with operators, completion teams, and production leadership. Own account strategy and revenue growth across the flowback service line, including well cleanup, extended flowback, and early production support. Work closely with Field Operations, Supervisors, and Engineers to align customer expectations with operational execution, equipment availability, and crew capabilities. Actively pursue new business opportunities through direct customer engagement, job walks, rig visits, and participation in pre‑job planning meetings. Develop and present job proposals, pricing structures, and service scopes , ensuring alignment with margin targets and operational feasibility. Maintain a strong understanding of completion and early production workflows. Negotiate commercial terms, address customer concerns, and resolve issues quickly by coordinating internally to protect both the customer relationship and company profitability. Track and forecast revenue, backlog, and pipeline activity , providing regular updates to management. Support contract management , including MSAs, work orders, rate sheets, and billing coordination. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market conditions within the basin to inform strategy and positioning. Partner with operations to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities that enhance service quality and customer retention. Ensure all customer interactions and job activities align with company safety standards, HSE expectations, and ethical business practices . Represent the company professionally in the field, reinforcing credibility, safety focus, and operational excellence. Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
